  • We support our clients in cooperation with the General Contractor in the scope of warranty and defects management throughout its entire duration. The whole process can be carried out on the basis of the BIM model.
  • Our team prepares clients for the "Handover" phase, along with verification of the BIM model and gathering all missing information.
Technical maintenance
  • We provide the technical maintenance services of our client's properties.
  • The main goal is to increase the value of real estate and optimize the service delivery model.

  • Our technical infrastructure management services are based on the idea of the BIM 6D / 7D model.
